Yes barb it is a square quilt It is sooo soft to I want to copy it also. I will leave it on my bed and attempt it I have never made a dresden quilt before. The quares measure at 17 1/2 x 17 1/2 so they are 18 x 18 I guess. Then there are 4 squares across and 5 down total of 20. She used 5 borders. alot of work.

Hi anglgrl! Do you take alot of pictures with your camera? I do and the batteries get expensive. I went to Wal Mart and for $20.00 I bought a battery charger and it came with 4 AA and 4AAA batteries. It only takes about an hour or 2 to charge them up. I just have a regular set of batteries that I stick in while my others are charging, and I've been using the same disposible batteries for months. I charge my batteries about once a week. I have saved sooooo much money on batteries.
Just thought I'd let you know. You might want to check it out.
BTW, it's a Polaroid brand charger.

Look forward to seeing more of you shares. I'm a bit of a photoholic so always have extra batteries on hand as I'm very attached to my digital camera. I'm going to start a new biscuit quilt soon as well. As I cut fabrics or finish cutting (have to make sure there is enough to do my projects first) will start cutting the hexagons and assembling and one day there will be a nice variety made up to assemble a nice throw for my granddaughter. For some reason, that's her favorite quilt. Probably because often snuggled up with when she as at my house which was often. She was in my daycare for years plus every Fri night we had a sleepover. When we relocated to FL, she asked about what we were going to do with the big comforter that she used when she slept over so I gave it to her as she has fond memories of it as well.
