What a great Random Act of Kindness for a worthy recipient. Love it and I'm sure he was so honored that you went to the trouble to find him AND make him a lovely quilt.

A wonderful story and quilt! Thanks so much for caring and going the extra mile to do this for him. Especially after how they were treated after that war.

I have a special place in my heart for the VietNam Vets owing to their poor treatment when they returned. When I see one wearing a ballcap, I make it a point to shake their hand and thank then for their service to our country. They are always appreciative of the recognition.

Thank you so much for honoring this Vet. You are truly a special lady to be observant, acting on the need to show appreciation. Thank you. Thank you.

    PS: Your quilt is beautiful.

What a special gift to this Viet Nam era vet, I'm sure you made his day and the quilt is lovely.

You are so kind and generous! I'm very touched that you went above and beyond to honor a respected stranger.
