Oh goodness, my son is stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kansas. He's been there 3 years, he's a crew chief for the KC-135

When this wonderful man, who belongs to the Leatherstocking Honor Flight of the Patriot Guard Riders, called me the next day to thank me again he also asked if I would like to make another one (I offered to make one to be raffled) to be raffled at one of their fundraisers in Sept. So I now have another one to make!!!

Well done! I'm sure he will like his quilt.

I just finished quilting a red, white and blue 3D bow tie quilt, that will go to a Wounded Warrior at Ft. Hood Army base. I haven't taken a new photo with the quilting yet.
