Thanks for the pic of the back!
I think this idea has been moved up to the top of my "must do" list! - I've always put backing in all my quilts and would like to try something a little lighter and baby cozy for my baby coming in April.

I love the sweet little quilt but remind your DD that the baby should never be left unattended while lying on the quilt.
I hate to keep harping on this, but we have to remember that sometimes crafts and children don't mix.
Here in Canada those types of quilts would never be mass produced as they would never pass Health Canada safety guidelines and I am sure you have the same type of safety net in the US.
