Last year, then man came to do a yearly service on the furnace. We have old radiators in our house and they have to be opened and have the air bled out. Well, he didn't get the one in my DD's room (which is right above my sewing room) closed and there was water damage down then entire one wall, ceiling, and hardwood floor of my sewing room.

So it had to be completely redone and now I have a FABULOUS sewing room!! Thought I would share.
