My Second Feathered Star mini quilt! ( well top only so far)
I enjoyed making my first feathered so much recently I had to make another! (here is my first one
http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...r-t193582.html) Here is my second try at a feathered star. I used a different tutorial I found online, but I didn't like it near as much as the first one I used, so I won't mention which one it was. I found that pieces didn't line up near as easy or perfect, and didn't give the measurements clearly. SO... I am glad I used the other tutorial first or I might not have made another one! I want to but one of Molly McCloskey's Feathered Star books to make some more. I really want to try a really small one just to see how small I can go!
I hope you like it! It is about 28" square. (still have to quilt it)

Those points are perfect! This quilt is a beauty... great fabrics & your workmanship is impeccible! I am mightily impressed! I can't wait to see this little gem when it's all done!
