    Thanks all, it seems the more gaudy the fabric, the better they turn out (I did a poppy one and it is a lot more subdued). It really isn't all that hard to do, the cutting of it is the hardest to figure out. Cutebuns did a tutorial on here quite a while ago and between her tut and the book I managed to do it, not perfect but it seems to go together OK, a bit lumpy looking but once quilted it looks a lot better.
