To those interested, the pattern for the scissors is in the American Quilter magazine Vol XXV, No.2 March 2009, it's an Asian design issue.

The Featherweight sewing machine cover can be found at www.kaymackenzie.com, design by Kay Mackenzie, it's called "Sew Crazy".
