Great use of space and what a wonderful DH you have! We're almost neighbors, I live in Lakeland!

Your sewing area looks so inviting, makes a quilter want to pull up a chair and start sewing! I'm saving your pictures to show my husband. He put up a quilting wall for me and was so proud of himself (and I was too!) that I know he'll be willing to do something like this. Now the question is where to put it....hmmmm

I love your sewing-dining room! I'm going to have to work on getting a sewing room fixed up so I can sew whenever the urge hits me. Right now I have to set up my machine and pack it back up when I'm done, and sometimes I'm not done but need my dining room for dining.

I know what you mean. I used to be in the spare BR, but would have to come into the DR to cut my fabric on the counterspace, so after a long time of running back and forth, I finally said, that's it, I'm done, I'm taking over the DR. We only use it maybe 2 or 3 times a year, as we have an eat in kitchen.
