Through the week this is my sewing room, but come the week-end it turns into a sleep over-- toy/princess dressup room for the granddaughters.

Oh, I so love seeing everyone's sewing rooms!! What a fun room for great memories w/your grands!! My mom has all kinds of fun stuff in clear containers the girls love to just dig thru and create:))thanks for sharing!! Maybe you will get others to do so too!! Such inspiration:))Skeat

*I watched a utube video of a girl walking thru her mother's sewing room w/a camera...I just loved it! Her mother prob would have had a fit:))Table after table full of fabric, etc. Nothing organized and the whole time you could hear the jumble of the family downstairs as she taped;))She picked up material her mom had made Barbie clothes, etc...was great:))Obv. was a room full of love and creativity for years and years!

Thanks Loretta, the quilt hanging in the closet is the mystery quilt several of us did on the quilt board. The pattern is called Orange Crush and the directions are on quiltville. She is going to start another mystery quilt on Labor Day weekend, I'm going to do this one too.

And the ladder was made by my hubby.
