This is my sewing room, but I think I should have taken pics during day. My room needs more lights.

I'm working on my room also. I need a LOT of light when sewing (must be an age thing). When we had the house built I had them wire the ceiling in front of the window for a light (already had one in center of room). I put up a 4 foot long fluorescent light right over my sewing table. And I still have a problem with dark colors.

I have an Ott light that is clamped to top edge of my sewing table/cabinet. It has a long flexigle arm that can be quickly aimed to wherever needed. I don't think I could thread the needle without it.

I like your area of sewing. Nice storage for stash.
I always need more light too!

I enjoyed the pictures of your sewing room. We are currently remodeling an older home and building on additional square footage; which will include a sewing room. I can't wait.

Very nice space and so neat and clean. You should see my mess! But I'm too ashamed to post pics. :-(
