I could work in that space. I don't have the longarm but I have been looking and learning. -- I have a similar room I want to convert to a sewing room. It is 8' X 16'. What is the size of your room?

My room is approx 10 x 12, with a longarm and frame taking up about 1/2 the room, but it is so nice to finally have a "room" that's not the living room or the kitchen! It looks like you have utilized your space very well.
