My hubby is retired and encouraging me to do the same, and with that we're thinking of relocating. He needs a woodworking shop and somewhere to put his tractors, I need a sewing room. I want my last house to be one I love and that meets all our needs. I wanna hit pay dirt like you!!

I was going to say Wow look at all that thread, then I looked at the second pic. WOW!
That cabinet(entertainment center) in the last pic looks just like ours. We are thinking of selling or I may have to use it for stash(if I can find a place to put it).

Isn't it great to have your own space? That is going to be the deciding factor on our next house too!

Hi Linda: I too am thinking of selling the entertainment center. Had it custom built in our last house. No longer suits my decor in this house. Wanted it in the basement rec room, but too big to fit down the stairs. I could make better use of the space I think.

Same for me! Just add a little fridge!
I had a little frig, but didn't use it much. Loaned it to dau. for her free range eggs she sells. Running out of ice makes me go in to say hi to DH once in a while!

I am originally from Michigan (Ludington) and would love to move back to Michigan preferably with you! LOL... what a great sewing space. Sure beats my little 3X6 corner of the bedroom!
