You need to check your seam allowances. When you are adding lots of small pieces together you need to be very accurate. Even being out by 1/16" will make a difference. With 1/16" over eight seams that adds up to 1/2" out which is a lot.
AND, the blocks are beautiful. I'm sure the finished project will be great!

Went to the local quilt shop for her feeback today.
Denise noticed the (1) block seams are not all 1/4".
This was due my not having my 1/4" seam foot when I first started sewing this project.
Rip.rip, rip, & then will try to re-sew w/-1/4" seam foot.
Please let this work or I will just re-purchase the block kit fabric set.
