Yes. The EQ5 is so terrific. I get to put the actual fabrics I plan to use and see what the quilt will look like before I ever start cutting. I love it. I could play on it all day. (of course, if I did that I would never get any sewing done).

Another question from newbie quilter....Is a EQ5 a machine or a program for the computer? Your fabric choices are beautiful!!! I love them...Add another block???? LOL

    SO pretty!!!
The block is called "Crossed Roads" and the instructions can be found in quilterscache. You can print them out and have them for as many quilts as you want to make.

The fabric is from Timeless Treasures. I just looked it up on the site that I plan to get it from, Somewhere Sewing, and it is just called vines. When I was in the site, I just put "purple" and it and several others came up.

It is a program in the computer. My sister gave it too me. You can put in real fabrics and know what the quilt will look like and decide if you like the colors before you ever buy them.

I want to thank all of you for the wonderful comments. I hope no one feels left out if I don't answer everything specifically. There is a thread right now in the non-quilting area about feeling ignored and it got me to thinking about how I respond to answers of my posts. I try to answer questions if someone wants to know the name of the block etc.

I just want everyone to know that I read all your comments and you make me smile. :D

Oh my, how beautiful! I would have never put those colors together, but they are perfect. I get so many ideas from all of you. What is the name of the block? I love it!
