    What a sweet story. There's too much history in that quilt for it to go to anyone but your son. Still plenty of time to make one for your sister.

    Now that is the most awesome thing I have heard in very long time. I have a quilt I am working on and everytime I see the first applique blocks I ever made, I think of my visit with my dad last month. Quilts and love stories just go hand in hand. Both of yours are beautiful!!!
