    Goodness, that is awesome. My 12 year old grandson helped me sew patches when he visited last June. It was a quilt for his little brother and when he saw the finished quilt he told him mom "I helped Grandma make that one". I love it!!

    Buy that young man his own machine and let him do his thing!! He did a great job. Mema's can often spark talents that mother's could not possibly get started. Don't we just love our grannies!

    Looks like his Mema made a big impression on him. Love his comment "I'm just happy to be here." His star block is very good and he is definitely a quilter in the making. What does he plan to do with his block?
