What did you learn not to do with QAYG? We don't want to make the same mistakes! (Maybe different ones but not the same. :mrgreen: )

Number one will be don't quilt to edge, stop an inch from edge. I did a lot of unsewing. When squaring up leave same amount fabric on either side of my 19 in squares. Real important as your quilting lines up much nicer, when the blocks are joined to each other. Use little dabs of glue to hold joining strips in place over seams on back. It will help keep those long strips straight, I hope. These are things a more experienced quilter would already know. :mrgreen:
