Thank you all for your comments. No, mommessy, it's not homemade. I bought it at JC Penney's Home Store a few years back. It's ideal for hanging little quilts and very easy to change them when I want to. The bar that goes through the sleeve on the back of the the quilt just slides through and rests in slots in the shelf. Very handy!
