    I'm just going to throw in a monkey wrench. How about none of the above. Try one with the same black or very dark fabric that you have on the far right edge spike. Since the middle left and far left sort of match being the only tan/golds, I'd make the middle right and far right sort of match in tone too. Then the smaller spikes make their own statement.

    The pattern is just the center of the Judy Niemeyer Prairie Star pattern.

    I'm torn between 1 and 3. I like 3 best but 1 is more dramatic and draws the eye more.
