    Found on CL, a belated Bday present.     I have been looking since 2011, it's been sitting in a basement laundry room for 30 years- untouched. Her last service was in 1987, her first real owner died in 1988.
    Lots of time spent Sunday cleaning with Simple Green, tooth picks, cotton swabs.
    Oiled her on Saturday at the first visit, oiled her again Sunday and again today -she is incredibly quiet compared to my Singer 15-91 or even my 2003 Pfaff. I think I am really going to love her...

    She looks like she fits perfectly in your sewing table. I love my Bernina 1530.

    Ooops, she came in the cabinet too. The cabinet/machine combo is heavy and just plain awkward, getting it into the condo was not fun.
