    I "think" it's because you can turn 20 fats quarters into a quilt.

    That is a great quilt and the colours are good. I love that pattern too, I am working on one of those right now myself in flannel. Mine ended up being a turning 16 because I got the cut fabric from a friend for my birthday and that was what was left...we miscalculated and I had them all sewn together before we realized that I only had 16, but she got her 20 and so hers is bigger than mine, but that is ok with me. lol when I get it done I will post a pic. The top is finished, just getting ready to sandwich it now.
