My Twister table topper
#1
I wanted to try the Twister way of cutitng the Magic Pinwheels so had hubyb make me a template from hardboard - it worked great! The hardboard really gripped the fabric for no slip cutting!
After cutting out the 5" squares with the 3 1/2" template, there were all these little squares left over!
So, I figured the percentage from the original 5" to the size that was leftover. I then photocopied the template so that it would cut more pinwheels.
These I added into the border of the table topper.
But, guess what - that still left little squares! They are only 3/4". I was so tempted to make another template and cut again, but I ran out of time, needed to get it wrapped up for a Christmas gift.
What do you think, Rhonda? Could the 3/4" square make a new pinwheel? LOL
