How sad - I hate to hear of a LQS that closes! My son is Graduating from Gonzaga in May (YAY!!!!) and we'll be up that way. Are there other quilt shops in the area that I should visit??
I just love your quilt, too!! Gorgeous! Did you choose your own fabric? Thanks for sharing!

Were ever at the Log Cabin? Someone took that over and now there are vendors there. I'm not sure how to give directions to it. Its in a weird place in an industrial area.
I'm an hour from Spokane so would love to come do a Spokane shop hop

Oh, your offer is SO tempting! But my husband and I will be traveling with my parents (who are in their 80's) .... so I doubt I'll really be able to do much shop hopping. I just thought if there was a great shop in town, I may get to sneak away for an hour or so - between Baccalaureate, Graduation, and receptions. LOL Thanks for the sweet offer!

Your quilt is amazing. I am a beginner and I have made a flanned quilt, but I am embarrassed to put it up when I see so many pretty quilts in this forum.

You said the site where you got the pattern is closed. Is there any other way to get those appliques. They are awesome.

Well what area of town are you going to be staying at.

Gonzaga that is 1 of my favorites in Spokane

Ooooo!!! We're staying at the Inn at the Park. Near downtown, the river, Gonzaga ... and our son has been renting a house on Hamilton for the past 2 years! Thanks!

It wasn't a site it was an actual store. I posted the site where
Pam Clarke is now earlier in this post where the book is. The book is only the flower patterns. Pam gave us 2 1/2" strips every month if we came in with our blocks finished for the Log Cabin Block. Also the sides and corners are not in the book.
The book is by Jan Halgrimson 100 Applique Quilt Patterns.
AND SHOW YOUR PROJECTS I'm sure they are beuatifal.

Okay here are directions to Sew EZ Too. Go north on Division street there by where you'll be at. You'll go to Garland which is 39 blocks north (I use to drive the city bus) and take a left on Garland and its 6 blocks down on the left.
    603 W. Garland (509)325-6644. You'll love it there.
