Oh no!! LOL I just flipped the page to cut out the fabrics for the next block, and I see it's the WAGON WHEEL!! eeek!

I've never sewn a curved edge OR appliqued anything in my life. And they say it's rated as "Easy" to do. LOL!! Surrrrrre.

You are doing a great job!! Isn't this a fun quilt? I love it that you are doing the 6" blocks--the pieces were just too tiny for me. The wagon wheel is not hard at all--I actually hand appliqued mine and I don't like to applique at all--you will do just fine.

And don't worry about your blocks not looking like they belong together-that is just the nature of a sampler--it will look great when you are all finished. Keep 'em coming. :-)

Hey Marcia!! Thanks so much... These pieces ARE tiny. I'm so glad I made that mini quilt wall-hanging last month; THOSE were itty bitty!

Well block #3 is done! :D Wagon Wheel... all done. Finished my way. hehe

Thank you!! I love each tiny little individual block... but I'm still not loving them put together! LOL

Reading the big URR thread got ME into doing this! And for what better cause than a Christmas gift. :D

Great job on the wagon wheel. I am liking these together. You have repeated the green, blue and brown fabrics so far and that is tying them together. Keep at it--you will like it better as you go along.
