But my question is do we want to keep these all on one thread or how are we going to do this?

Beautiful blocks. I'm not participating, but I like having just one place to go to find all the blocks. How is the URR thing working? Is it a swap or is everyone just doing the same blocks in their own colors to keep?

Great job, Melissa. I like your scrappy look. I haven't started mine yet. Maybe we should start an URR thread and all post pics of our progress there. Could title it URR Progress Pics or something like that.

Everyone is just making it to keep. I dont know if all of us are using Eleanor Burns' pattern but I know several are.

I started to put mine on your thread but decided better find out what everyone wanted to do first.

It's not a swap. We are all just doing our own blocks and quilts using the internet for research and/or the quilt books by Eleanor Burns and Barbara Brackman. It's a very interesting subject. I'm really enjoying my research about quilts and slavery.

Thank you Cissy, I think that sounds like a good idea, what do you think Shadow?

I love your blocks Melissa. The scrappy look is gonna make a great looking quilt. Will want to watch everyone's progress on this one.

This quilt is on my to do list. Probably when I retire I might find time

I think they should all be in one place too. :) Then everyone can make one stop to see everyone's progress. :)
