That is one of the cutest bow tucks. The fabric is fabulous!

I used the interfacing called for on the pattern. It is Pellon 987F fusible fleece. I did not have any problems with it. Just follow the instructions on the fleece. I got it at a Walmart that still has fabric. I cut and covered a piece of the plastic from the hobby store for the inside bottom. I think cardboard would work to. I also used "feet" on the outside bottom from Hancock. The fabric is also from Hancock. A lady and I compared the size of the pattern that I used and one she had gotten from Connecting Threads. Her pattern was more like a tote. There are different sizes so check that out to get the size you want. My pattern by Penny Sturges was just one size in the envelope but I think you can get a bigger one. My button is from my Moms things that I got when she passed on. Nothing special except it was in her things. We lived on a farm and had chickens the reason for my choice of fabric.
