Ladies - those wanting to try paper piecing - I highly recommend "Show me how to paper piece" by Carol Doak. It is a small project (3 x 3 squares). You won't have much invested if you decide you don't like it.

Thank you for the kind and encouraging comments. Does anyone have a "second beginners" project to recommend?

    Happy Quilting

Thanks Connie-I'll check that out. I think I bit off too much when I first tried PP. I jumped into a compass block and of course couldn't do it LOL. Will start out slow next time.

    Me again.
If you want more patterns for paper piecing, go to Carol Doaks website. She offers a number of them free, and all you have to do is print them out.
