    Quilting is wonderful therapy for grief. It keeps your hands busy, relaxes your mind, the gorgeous fabrics and colors uplift you, creating something beautiful gives you purpose. You did an unbelievably fantastic job for a 1st quilt.

    Put that quilt on the bed. It needs to be out where it can be admired and seen. What is the use of making them if they end up in a closet. My mother used to do that with things I made for her and it drove me crazy. I will keep it for safe keeping. Lordy, does that mean some one might come in and steal her sweater that I knit her, or the table runner. I found a full cedar chest, when she passed away, of never used items I made. Lovely quilt design by the way! Jan
