You did a great job choosing colors and stick to the basic machine quilting designs until you're ready to try more complicated designs. I'll be watching for your next quilt. :D :D :D

What I really admire about your quilt is that it IS quilted. I see way too many people posting their quilts and there is practically NO quilting done. Many not even tied. Yours is well done and you should be very proud of yourself!!

Hi Desert Rose, Thankyou very much..you are absolutely right about sticking to basic quilt designs till i get more proficient. I read in my quilting book that i got that pattern from, that the most important thing when starting off is to have a success your first few quilts and not over-reach yourself. When I look at some of the amazing quilts on here, I can see how much ability and work has gone into them, and a lot of practice behind the machine!
