My very own space
#1
This was the den, before I used the living room. Room is 11x17 but everything fits pretty good. The tall cabinets found at a thrift store, all have drop down lids, NO DUST. DH made the extra board to go on top of regular ironing board, have panels in one three drawer cabinet, Projects each in their own drawer. Four sewing machines, the quilting machine not shown nor my serger. Little Brother (project runway, special edition) I won, great little machine! Rocker is waiting on cushions to give a little better support. No lack of media, LCD TV, old tv/vcr combo, stereo, and dvd player. My sewing table is 11' wide when opened out (should have measured room before we bought it - also has a drop leaf...most all of this was my retirement purchases. I love it.

Wow what a collection! You've got quite the personal craft store going! I'm so jealous... can't wait to get my own dedicated area when we finally have a purchased home. You have everything really nice and accessible!

If I really need more fabric I have flannels and my really large quantities on bolts in the hall, and other miscellaneous types (knits, woolens, fleece, tub of whites, and a 90 yard roll (not yet cut into) from Marshall Dry Goods in Arkansas, plus my disassembled quilt frame hanging on a beam in my dh's ham shack. I try to limit my self to fondling what I already own but about twice a month I have to go to the local qs for my fix. Thought everyone might enjoy it while it is fairly straight. Now, got to go and trace blocks for four (or is it five?) BOMs.
