Yes, I would add a sashing.

I'd use black sashing and make it really pop.

I am wondering if you did not sash and twisted the blocks around so like colors are against each other to see what kind of secondary pattern you come up with.

Now a question for you - Because of the busy-ness of these prints, would you put a sashing between each block? I wasn't planning to until I see the blocks grouped together like this and I think that a sashing would better define each block. I am afraid that they would all run together if there were no sashing between them.

What do you think?

I think using the one red square in each block define each block. I vote no sashing

I agree, that would really enhance the beauty of your blocks and set them off. Great job with great colors!

I would definitely add sashing. I would not go bright. Personally I would go with black. It would set the blocks of to just shine. They are beautiful.

I would try it without sashing. The colours play well together and you'll get nice diamonds in the corners.

I'd definitely add sashing, since the blocks are so brilliant, to set each one off rather than letting them join each other.

There's already enough color ..... I'd use a solid dark neutral, like black or navy blue ..... or even white would be exciting!
