    I bought a hand-quilted quilt similar to yours once at a yard sale, but paid $20 for it and still thought it was an excellent bargain. It is too bad the lady couldn't find a use for it any more. Her loss - your gain!

    Sometimes it's not the love and care that someone doesn't appreciate, maybe it is the gifter that they have issues with. My MIL has given me nothing but grief, high blood pressure and bad nerves. She gave me a quilt and then a few months later started in again. I couldn't wait to get rid of that quilt.
