    You're right, it's a shame when people don't appreciate the treasures they have been given, and are so willing to dismiss them so easily. I'm glad this quilt has found someone who will cherish this quilt and give it a new loving home. It's such a pretty quilt, I'm glad you are the new caregiver for this lovely quilt.

    that's an amazing find! If my MIL had gifted me with something so special, I'd never have given it up!

    Have to tell you, if my MIL, or anyone I didn't like had made me that quilt, I would not let the dislike keep me from keeping the quilt. SOme people are just dumb. Of course, that is JMHO....but I would still have the quilt, lol.
