    OMGosh what a beautiful quilt. Hard to believe someone would think so little of it. But it’s yours now, cleaned up and in a good home. Congrats on a great find.

    I asked the women her MIL name to be able to put it on the quilt but she said she didn't know if her MIL made it or if she got it from someone. It's so sad to not be able to trace the quilts history. I did write down the womans name I bought it from, where and when. So it's just another reminder to always label your quilts even if it's just your name written somewhere on it.

    Oh my, well someone sure put in alot of work on that quilt.
    And, it is beautiful! I can't imagine selling anything like that. I'm so glad you were the lucky one to get it where it will be loved and appreciated.

    The poor orphan has found a better home. Glad you saved her, she obviously wasn't appreciated where she was.
