    Not finding fabric in yard sales is one thing. The Irish don't have a culture of yard sales in the first place!
    In the UK, there are car boot sales, and the Irish don't (for the most part) have them either. I have lived her nine years, and I'm still trying to work out what they do with their unwanted stuff. People I ask, say that things are just handed down until they are so worn out they just get binned.

    I love yard sales and I have really added to my stash this year at them.
    I got the same book you did 501 quilt blocks at a yard sale a month or so ago!

    Ohhh ROCK ON!!! Fantastic yard sale booty!!! Arn't they just awesome things!! Some of my favorite fabrics have come from yard/garage sales!!
