    Hi BK....
    You make me giggle...... :-).....
You really don't have to paperpiece...I just thought that it was a much easier way of doing the stems....rather than applique. :-)...
    HUGS!!!!!

Wow Bill! I'm impressed! You've whipped out March before it even got here! And your quilt top is looking fabulous!I'm still sorting through the red fabrics to tackle February this week. I'm glad you're on top of things, because I'm still trying to catch up! Yes, we'll all be thrilled when December gets here for sure!
    Kind Regards,
    MaryAnna

    Hi MaryAnna,,,
You'll catch up.......of all 3 months so far,,the snowflakes were the more time consuming - the hearts and the shamrocks make up faster :-)

Do you think we can put more shamrocks in the row or should we stick with the pattern?

    Quilter7x,
If you want to have less of the backgroung and more shamrocks I think that it would look great with more shamrocks...you could easly turn that 3rd row into a full row of shamrocks...I didn't even think of that but I think that it would look great.....but I think that I would still space them out a bit - wiht a little division - like the hearts..otherwise I'm afraid it may look too "crowded".....
Once we are doing the blocks we can easily make our own twist on things...
    Bill
