    I know what you mean by seeing a piece you'd rather not be there, I feel the same way about my scrappy quilt but on the whole I think those pieces are the ones that say scrappy. There is a real art to putting a scrappy together and the color choices but, in my humble opinion, it shouldn't be too perfect or it loses it's charm. Yours is just right. I absolutely love it. I wouldn't change a thing.
