I have a friend who belongs to a quilting group in TX and they have been working on this quilt. They have no idea of the name of this pattern. I was hoping that someone might have seen it before. Thanks in advance. Rosalia

well, it's sort of a wedding ring, with nine patches in between. hmmmm. may be another name for it though.

I would guess a variation of the double wedding ring quilt.
