    It's called flower fairies and comes in a panel. I may have gotten it at Fabrics.com

    This one is actually Periwinkle Fairies Panel and it comes in several different colors ie yellow, pink, and I just saw it at fabriclovers.com at a very good price $5.63. Also each panel seems to have a different fairy theme
