Default Update to Narwhal block turned quilt top

Decided to go with a Queen size so this is the finished top. I will probably get it on the frame sometime this week - hubby is rearranging the room my machine is in at the moment so I am going to start on something else... Star Wars themed one for Son #1's Bestie#1. His friends are so lucky.

What a neat design! I love the way you used grayish tones and then the color to accentuate.

Thank you. The colors were actually pulled from the narwhal print in the majority of the narwhal blocks. The dinosaur, waffle and watermelon fabric were added as personal touch. The dinosaur represents the game my son and his friend met on. The waffle fabric represents the guys nickname, his game tag name has "Narwhal" in it and the watermelon was a for joke my son requested that I add and not ask why, There is a reason behind it that the recipient will appreciate. Otherwise, it was going to be a very neutral 'guy' quilt. It was purposely designed to have what looked like snowflakes in or compasses since narwhals are found in the northern polar region.
