    That says AZ and Native American both. What a fabulous job you did. Have you heard back if she liked it??? I imagine this winter she will like it more when weather is cooler.

    Beautiful work! Three Dudes Quilting is a great shop with very talented owners, it's one of my favorite places to visit even if it's only once a year.

    I used the free pattern available at Three Dudes Quilting: Flowers of the Sun. Made a few adjustments to size (so the finished HSTs were 6" -- that way I could use my Accuquilt Go cutter). I added the rows of flying geese top and bottom to make it rectangular (and a bit longer). I also had to miter the corners of the outer border, due to the design of that fabric.

    And yes, my DDIL does love it!
