Claudia the quilt is very beautiful and thanks for the story on how the theme came about. Can I venture to say that you must enter this in a show, you will win.
Judi I have seen your work on the board before. You are a true artist and have an unbelievbly creative mind. Your work on this quilt is nothing short of spectacular!! I got sidetracked in your blog last night or would have commented then.
I too am gobsmacked, LOL.
For you CrazyAunt here is the definition of the word.
Adj. 1. gobsmacked - utterly astounded
colloquialism - a colloquial expression; characteristic of spoken or written communication that seeks to imitate informal speech
Britain, Great Britain, U.K., UK, United Kingdom, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - a monarchy in northwestern Europe occupying most of the British Isles; divided into England and Scotland and Wales and Northern Ireland; `Great Britain' is often used loosely to refer to the United Kingdom
surprised - taken unawares or suddenly and feeling wonder or astonishment; "surprised by her student's ingenuity"; "surprised that he remembered my name"; "a surprised expression"
