I say stay with the tiny, light pink floral...It pulls the green in. If you go with the other, then the green makes no sense.
Quilting will make this quilt pop!
    Just my opinion.

Because of this I auditioned 2 different tone pinks to see if it helped. I thought it did to a point, but one was too dark, the other was the tone of pink that seemed to clash with the junction triangles.
With quilting I think it will look better than it does now, and my DH feels it's fine as it is.
Would you be kind enough to express your opinions please as which way I should go.

This is exactly my reaction when I saw the print and the pattern.

That isn't to say that something more wouldn't be pretty--but that the original is really nice. It's subtle, and relaxed and antique looking.

If you go with the darker pink you should do the complete ring in just that pink and you should also make
the green in a darker green for for a great punch of color

I agree that the first one doesn't have much color to it. The 3rd photo down the pink looks lighter than the last one and looks nice it definately needs something to make it pop. Good luck. Sue

I like the quilt in the first picture, which I think is the quilt you wanted to fix. I think when you put the border on it, it will be beautiful.

I would go with the orig. fabrics and quilt the center of the rings with pink thread, using a design with flowers or hearts.
