    I know it's more work, but I love #3! It picks up all of the colors in the quilt and just frames it so beautifully. #1 was my favorite until I got to #3, it's really pretty : )

    I love your quilt! And, I think the blue is fantastic! So, I vote for #2, giving more emphasis to that blue. Hope we get to see the finished quilt. Good work!

    I think the blue border would give the eye a place to rest especially with the busy outer border. Cute baby quilt.
