Which fabric should I take for the centre? And is there something "wrong" with the selection of the wedges. I could still change.
    thanks for reading.

I think your choice of fabric is perfect. I would use the solid yellow as a center. I have made two dresden plate quilts and I used the yellow centers. Good job! Can't wait to see the finished quilt.
    Peace and Blessings,

I think your plate is beautiful, there is nothing wrong with it at all- as far as the center goes I guess it would depend on what overall color you want the plate to "read", yellow draws out the yellow, same with the red and blue centers, any would look wonderful.

I like the overall fabric selection. Will all of the the plates be the same selection? If so, I'd go for a selection of solids for centers.

Or .. have you tried a dark solid? Brown or black?

My favorite is number one, but agree with c1bendt that you should go with whatever color you want the quilt to read. Nice work!

I like the yellow, the solids seem to make it "pop"

I love the wedges b/c they have that old fashioned look that I love!
For the centers the yellow in the last photo jumps out at me the most. I like the solid but they're all nice. :D
PS. Just looked again and like the blue too. I like them b/c they are different from the wedges I think.
