    that is what I was thinking from the start. I really didn't care for the black with it. That's two great minds thinking the same.LOL

    First, I love that you put so many choices. They all look nice and bring something fresh.

    I really like the look of #2. I always like to play with even more options, so this is what I thought, what if you used randomly, sparsely, some black little inset squares mixed with what you have in the pic? That way it pulls in the black from the borders but still blends with the top while adding a bit of variety to the little squares.

    Did you decide yet which you like?

    #1 is nice but it would bug me if the blocks in the border didn't match up to the blocks in the last row. So I pick #4.
