    Thanks to each of you for your input--you're the best! I'm going to use the floral border and then use the green for the binding and backing.

    Flower is beautiful to me. Green is nice but I like floral best.

    I vote for the floral print. If your granddaughter is girly it would be the best. If she prefers solid colors and minimal frills I would go with the solid.

    Great job. It is a lovely quilt.

    Me, too....floral border. Your work is lovely ! I think I will try that pattern as I have a few yards of a fabric that I love and the larger pieces will showcase it for me . Thanks for sharing. By the way, is that done by hand or machine? I do the tops by hand..gives me a connection with the past !

    Thanks!! It is done by machine. Have arthritis in my wrist and hands so the machine works better for me.
