Leave it as it is. It is beautiful.

I would leave it as is. It is beautiful. Fold the top down (like you see designers do to beds). It will be fine!

no..leave it as is..after it is altogether..and after the quilting it will shrink some and,,if all else fails it can be tucked under the pillows ..or over and that might do it too...

I say leave them on. If its for you, do whatever you want or like. But if it is for someone else leave it. They may like the extra lenth to tuck, so it won't slide off to one side or the other. I refer longer quilts for that reason.

Please don't remove the borders. I feel it would spoil the symmetry of your beautiful quilt. Tuck it up under the pillows as many others have suggested. Well done!

Yes me too. You haven't washed it 10 times or so and it might yet shrink.........

I would keep the border on. Maybe just turn the top down and show your pretty backing. I have done that before and I think it looks very nice...

I too would leave it as it is. Its a beautiful quilt, and you don't want to make it off balanced

I would leave it the way it is. Just remember that it will "shrink" some when it is quilted so i would change a thing. It's a beauty!!

I think that it looks beautiful just the way it is. And I love oversized blankets on beds.....more to snuggle into!! :)
