Oh, my, what a huge project! Just think how happy you will be when it is finished and done with... and how many people will admire it! Go, girl!

If you can't tell, my son is a game collector. He has a large collection of board games (200-300), I believe. He also collects old video games and computer games. Good thing he has a large apartment!

He also likes really unique items and patterns, and that is why the back looks like it does. He had asked me to make him one of my art quilt drawings that I want to make sometime, for the back, and I told him to forget that!

I think they might also have Scrabble game fabrics coming out soon, too. That will probably be his next one!
For the next 26 years you can give him small quilt tiles for his scrabble board--that will give you a lot of time to get the board done. :D

Congratulations on finishing it! I bet there was a big "Yee--haw" when the last snip of thread was cut. Great job! Hopefully he has a lot of wall space in his apartment so he can display your handiwork that isn't on his bed. I'm glad to hear he is proud and appreciative or your work (I've heard stories of those who aren't, followed by) "That's a lot of work!"
